Just wondering if you are going to give the expansion teams access to the $100 that was withheld during the draft to bid on the players you just posted?

Yes, with the exception being for Lidstrom & Yandle....whom were apart of the regular draft but were taken by BULLS
So the expansion teams can use their extra $100 for all guys except the 2 above
